キャンセルポリシー
【お客様都合のキャンセルについて】
（体調不良などを含む）・ご予約の2日前まで：キャンセル料無料
・前日のキャンセル：ツアー料金の50％
・当日のキャンセル：ツアー料金の100％【運営側からのキャンセルについて】
（悪天候・海況悪化による場合）悪天候や海況の悪化によりツアーを中止する場合は、
前日の夕方6時頃を目安にお電話にてご連絡します。
この場合、キャンセル料は発生しません。また、運営側からのキャンセルの場合、
次回ツアー料金を10％割引にてご案内いたします。ご不明な点はお気軽にお問い合わせください。

Cancellation Policy
【Cancellations by the Customer】
(including cancellations due to illness or
personal reasons)
- More than 2 days before the tour: Free of charge
- 1 day before the tour: 50% of the tour fee
- On the day of the tour: 100% of the tour fee
【Cancellations by Harmonize.】
(due to weather or sea conditions)
If a tour must be cancelled due to bad weather
or poor sea conditions, we will contact you by
phone by around 6:00 PM the evening before.
No cancellation fee will be charged in this case.
As a token of our apology, we will offer you
a 10% discount on your next booking.
